Shipping and payment terms for all programs and catering services:
- All prices inc VAT (bases 8% and 22%)
- Catering for the final and the invoiced amount of persons to be confirmed 4 days prior to event.
- Services for the final amount of persons 4 days prior to event, billing + - 10%.
- Cancellation policy: If the reservation is canceled less than 4 days devoted to timing, we charge 20% of service price.
