VILLA KOTALA HOUSE RULES
Villa Kotala`s house rules are listed for the benefit of the renter / guest as well
as the rental property. Please follow these rules in order to avoid misunderstandings. Renter / guest is responsible for the house and its contents
during the rental period. Remember keep the doors locked at all times.
Absolutely no smoking inside the building or on the deck. There is, however, a designated smoking area on the storage house deck. It is absolutely forbidden to bring animals inside the house.
When in the house:
To operate the sauna, turn the switch located on the stove. Always remember to use bench towel. When finished with your sauna, please turn
off the stove, rinse the bench and floor and dry the floors of the sauna and
shower with the provided mop.
To watch TV, use the switch located above the set.
To use the dishwasher or laundry maschine remember to open the tap when
needed and close the tap when finished. For more details see Villa Kotala directory.

Remember to switch off electricity for all household appliances and other devices when finished.
Leaving the house:
Switch off electricity for all household appliances and lights.
Check that all doors and windows are closed and locked.
Switch off electricity for the TV on the switch above the TV set.
Dishes must be washede and stored and dishwasher emptied before you leave.
Check that dishwasher and laundry machine taps are closed.
Take all carbage to the outside containers. Sort out bio and mixed waste!!!
Make sure the house stays clean and all furniture is left where you found it.
If you move something, put it back.
Make sure that the surroundings / yard of the house is clean also.
Renter is responsible for the basic cleaning, which means leave the house as it was upon your arrival: basic cleaning = vacuuming, sweeping, dishes washed and put away in the cupboard, garbage taken to the outside bins, keep the yard outside clean. If the house is not properly cleaned, there will be a charge of 120 € when the keys are turned in.
Renter is liable for lost keys in the amount of 100 € which is to be paid immediately.
Renter is liable for all broken , lost or damaged dishware, goods or other items up to the full replecement value at the end of the rental period. The total charges will be given, when the keys are turned in.
